I lead well, with confidence and compassion and I haywire my scruples while trying to follow through the direction lead by others. So, I’m a good leader and real bad follower. But if and in case I began to follow, then it has my heart and mind to it to anyhow better my process than the master.

My competitive neurons pretty much has to outgrow rest of the followers is the real problem for me. I may not seem competitive but I do want to see myself on the top.

I don’t freak out or toe the line to get things done but then, like everyone else I also want to see myself win. And doing whatever it takes isn’t my choice, I’d rather do it my way or not do it at all than be stumbling upon the wrong side of the line.
