My habit of being honest

What’s one habit that has improved your life the most?

I’ve always been honest about everything in my life. I’m really bad at lying and keeping secrets. Whenever I’ve tried to lie, I’ve failed at it or been embarrassed about it for days. For me, it’s humiliating to be dishonest about anything.

It’s seen on my face, in my actions and behaviour. I am also selfless along with being honest so people prefer me even when they dislike me. Some of my sentences begin with “TBH” and I feel funny about them.

I believe that one must be truthful in order to succeed in any and every field. If you take life as an endeavour then you must reach the finish line with honesty and integrity. While one must not lose one’s integrity and should always be standing up for his or her dignity.

It’s honesty that’s kept me afloat even in my bad situations. “Lies require a lot of lies while truth doesn’t even need a promo code.” and I don’t disrespect good people, I only speak up when I’ve had enough or been poked by my mother. Err …
