Shutting them doesn’t help

What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?

Negative thoughts is equivalent to an anxious mind. And when you’re anxious you tend to feel more vulnerable and less confident. Calmness around you seems to disappear, making you feel more perplexed. If it’s a behavioural pattern which doesn’t leave you alone then you must seek a professional help.

“What’s with that sad face? – you’re the solution to all your problems.” – Kia

Otherwise, you must reason it out , thought by thought. You should ideally have all the underlying answers to your negative conundrums. It’s a step wise solution. Ponder over your negative thought with a logical reasoning and probability of its occurrence.

And there, you’ll end up answering yourself, deducing it from your mind for good. It may seem difficult to begin with.. but it’s the only way – “Face it”. If you’ll positively face your negative thoughts then you surely have a chance of survival.

You must own your survival instincts, buckle up and learn to face your troubles.” – Kia

Negative thoughts worsens the situation if you’re going thru a bad phase. So you have to take a pause, breathe in, be aware of your situation, keeping in mind your surroundings and solving it like a puzzle. You can give the best solution to yourself because you and only you have all the inputs for a better outcome. Good luck fighting your negativity, we all have problems so just highlight them with a highlighter, colour it well and toss it out.
